How does the AI read my cup?
You photograph the grounds after you swirl and turn the cup. The reader studies them by position — the rim for what's near, the sides for what's unfolding, and the bottom for what runs deeper — names the symbols it finds, and writes a reading from where they sit.
Do I need to sign in to try it?
No. Your very first reading needs no account and no card — just take or upload a photo and read. Sign in afterwards only if you'd like to save it and claim your next two free readings.
What if I get a bad or scary reading?
You won't. Groundlore reads the kind omens — it's written to be gentle and encouraging, because it's made for delight, not fortune-telling. There's no doom waiting in the cup here.
What happens to my photo?
It's used only to write your reading, then discarded — never sold, never used to train models. The privacy page has the full detail.
Do I have to use a photo?
A photo makes the reading specific to your actual grounds, which is the fun of it — but you can also receive a reading without one if you'd rather.
How much does it cost?
Your first cup is free — no sign-in, no card. Signing in gives you two more free readings. After that you can pay per cup with a credit pack (credits never expire), or subscribe by the week, month or year for one fresh reading every day. All prices are in USD.
