I can't sign in
Use the emailed link: on the sign-in page, type your email and open the link we send, on the same phone or computer. No password needed, and it works even if Google sign-in shows an error or says access is blocked.
Delete my account, or one reading
Your whole account: sign in, open your account and choose “Delete my account and readings”. One reading: open it and choose “Delete this reading”. A reading taken before you signed in can be deleted from the same browser, right after the reading or on its share page. The details are on how deletion works.
A reading upset me or broke the rules
Every reading has a “Report this reading” link under it. A person reads every report. The reader is never meant to frighten you, predict illness, death or harm, or judge real people; when it slips, that reading is removed and the rule is tightened.
A refund
The $9 guide and the $29 printed edition are refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of buying, no reasons needed. Use the refund form: it checks your purchase straight away.
Something I bought in the app
Purchases in the app are billed by Google Play. To cancel the Daily Ritual, open Google Play subscriptions; you keep it until the end of the period you paid for. For a refund, ask Google Play, or write to us below and we can refund a Google Play purchase from our side. If a purchase did not unlock your daily reading, open your account once: it checks with Google Play again.
My printed edition will not open
On the printed edition page, paste only the groundlore.com/r/… part of your reading’s link and the licence key from your Gumroad receipt. A licence opens the first reading it is used on. If it says the check is unavailable, wait a few minutes and try again: nothing is wrong with your purchase.
