The refund rule
Ask within 14 days of buying and you get your money back in full. No reasons needed.
- Bought in the app? Google Play billed it, so Google Play’s refund rules apply. You can ask Google Play for a refund from your Google Play order history.
- Or ask us. If you were charged in error or something you bought did not work, write to us on the help page within 14 days and we will make it right, which may include a refund through Google Play.
- Cancelling the Daily Ritual stops the next renewal; you keep it until the end of the period you paid for. Cancel in Google Play; your account page links straight to it.
- What it covers: the two things on sale, The Complete Tasseography Guide ($9) and the printed edition of a reading ($29). Readings themselves are free.
- Even if you downloaded or opened it. The rule does not depend on that.
- Where the money goes: back to the card or account you paid with, through Gumroad, which sold it to you. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.
- After a refund a printed-edition licence stops opening its reading.
- After 14 days the rule no longer applies on its own, but write to us if what you bought never arrived or will not open. Your legal rights where you live are never reduced by this rule.
